Beautiful old house with lots of character in a stunning location

Lot’s of space for everyone in the house and beautiful private garden to relax in by the river & mill pond. Breakfast and meals on the decking overlooking the pond were so relaxing. Welcomed by the hosts to check everything was ok, and fresh eggs and bread waiting in the kitchen when we arrived. Didn’t want to leave and would definitely come back!!

We had a fantastic stay at Fletland Mill

It’s a magical place and Melanie and Phil were brilliant hosts. We brought inflatable kayaks with us and had a great time exploring the river and paddling, fishing and swimming in the millpond. I thought the Mill was very stylishly converted – modern amenities without losing any of its historic charm. I would thoroughly recommend as a place to relax and unwind in beautiful natural surroundings. Thank you!

Amazing rustic getaway!

We stayed in fletland for 7 nights and it was perfect! We live in Northampton so it wasn’t too far and now feel rejuvenated after the stay. The beds were comfy, the views were amazing (only one wet day which was good for January) and the sound of the water when you’re going to sleep is so relaxing! We all agreed it was spot on and highly recommend for your stay!

Excellent Stay!

Beautifully kept house and grounds, lovely hosts who even baked us bread. Our dogs had the best time. Have recommended to all friends and will be back later in the year.

The mill is such a beautiful and interesting space

We spent a lovely long weekend there with family and friends for a 40th birthday. The hosts are so friendly and kind and baked us a freshly baked loaf of bread for our arrival. There is loads of space for everyone to socialise and relax, which means you can be tactical about who sleeps where and be mindful of different bed times. Not much in the immediate vicinity which was just what we wanted, so if you stay be prepared to chill hard, lace up your walking boots to enjoy the fab countryside.
