Fletland Mill and Holiday Hamlet is located near the village of Baston, in the county of Lincolnshire, East Midlands, between the towns of Market Deeping and Bourne.
Stamford is 7 miles to the west, and Fletland is 12 miles north-west of the major city of Peterborough, and 83 miles north of London.
Fletland lies three miles north-west of the Cambridgeshire border, and falls within the district council of South Kesteven, under the county council of Lincolnshire.

DIRECTIONS FROM THE NORTH:
Take the exit on the A1 signposted Bourne (A151) Corby Glen and Grimsthorpe and Edenham. Approximately half a mile past Edenham turn right at the roundabout on to Raymond Mays Way and continue straight on this road over the next two roundabouts. At the third roundabout take the fourth exit onto Bourne Road for approximately 1 mile and look for Waterside Garden Centre, turn right here.
The access road to Fletland Mill is the first right after the garden centre. As you come down the road:
For Fletland Holiday Hamlet turn left here to the allocated parking spaces on the left, behind the beech hedge.
For Fletland Mill drive down to park anywhere beside the Mill
DIRECTIONS FROM THE SOUTH:
Take the exit on the A1 at junction 17 signposted A1139 Peterborough, bear right at the fork in the road and cross over the A1 bridge. After a couple of minutes take the exit signposted A1260 and A15 Yaxley and Sleaford, at the roundabout take the first exit onto Nene Parkway. After 2 miles at roundabout take fourth exit and merge onto the A47 Wisbech/Sleaford A15. After 4 miles at the roundabout take the first exit onto the A15 and merge onto A15. Continue over 6 roundabouts staying on the A15. Pass through the village of Baston and just outside of the village look for a left hand turn signposted West Deeping at the corner with Waterside Garden Centre, take this turn.
The access road to Fletland Mill is the first right after the garden centre. As you come down the road:
For Fletland Holiday Hamlet: turn left here to the allocated parking spaces on the left, behind the beech hedge.
For Fletland Mill: and drive down to park anywhere beside the Mill
Using public transport:
Take Bus 101 from Queensgate Bus station in Peterborough to Bourne/Morton (nearest stop is Waterside garden Centre; it’s the 20th stop from Queensgate Bus station). (Bus 302 runs from Market Deeping to Bourne and also stops at the garden centre.)
